Be part of a world class, outcome-based education and training centre within a ‘Group of Eight’ University! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Anaesthetist to join the team in the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences at the University of Adelaide.
We are seeking a veterinarian who can provide leadership and excellence in clinical service delivery and teaching of anaesthesia to our DVM and Veterinary Technology students.
This position will be primarily located at the picturesque Roseworthy campus of the University of Adelaide. The position will suit an Australian Fellow or American/European Boarded Anaesthesia and Analgesia specialist with a track record in excellence in patient care and a passion for imparting knowledge, teaching and mentoring students to develop their clinical thinking and skills. The appointee will contribute to teaching in our programs through course coordination, lectures, tutorials, practicals and clinical rotations. They will also provide advanced anaesthesia services to our clinicians in both the Companion Animal and Large Animal (primarily equine) Hospitals.
