The University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine (VCM), invites applications for full-time (12-month) open-rank faculty position in Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia. The successful applicant will join a vibrant group of three Anesthesia faculty members (two ACVAA Diplomates and one board-eligible faculty), four house officers and twelve highly-trained anesthesia nurses who focus on perioperative care. The successful candidate must have a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (VMD, BVSc) and have completed a residency designed to achieved board certification in American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (ACVAA) or European College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (ECVAA).
